Walker & Hawkes No-Quibble 60-Day Returns Policy
At Walker & Hawkes, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our garments and the service we provide. Every item is created and chosen with care, and we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Should anything fall short of your expectations, our returns policy is designed to be simple, fair, and reassuring.
Damaged, Lost, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order has been lost or damaged in transit, has arrived faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us straight away by email at customercare@walkerandhawkes.com or by phone on 0121 769 1234. Our team will advise you on the next steps and ensure the matter is resolved swiftly.
If a fault develops after purchase, please have your Order ID to hand when contacting us, so we can recommend the most suitable solution.
General Returns
We offer a No-Quibble 60-Day Returns Policy. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned:
- In as-new condition
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Please note: garments with tags removed or detached cannot be accepted for return.
For your peace of mind, we recommend using a reputable courier with a tracked and insured service. Be sure to include a copy of your receipt and a short note outlining the reason for your return. Our returns address can be found at the bottom of this page.
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days back to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to clear the funds.
Kindly note: original postage costs are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange an item, simply return it for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or product.
Holiday Returns
To make gift-giving worry-free, any purchases made between 1st October and 24th December may be returned up until 31st January of the following year, provided they meet our standard return conditions.
