Returns and Exchanges

We understand that when purchasing your goods online, you may want to return your goods if they are unsuitable. There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 60 working days of receipt of your goods.

  • You have 60 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Us.
  • Please ensure all goods are kept with original Tags and Packaging, if not we have the right to charge a restocking fee
  • All goods must be returned via trackable service – we can not be held responsible for goods lost by courier
  • We will refund all goods excluding shipping costs

We use DHL and FedEx for deliveries Internationally. Our international couriers send shipping notifications to alert you of your ETA delivery for your package. We would advise to leave telephone numbers and emails for full use of these services.
